Koketso Pelo is a dynamic Software Developer, Bitcoin and Blockchain Educator, and Creative Graphic Designer driven by a deep passion for innovation, education, and emerging technologies. With a strong foundation in digital systems and decentralized finance, his work blends technical expertise with a mission to empower communities through knowledge and design.

He began his blockchain journey at Satoshicentre, a pioneering hub in Botswana, where he contributed to several blockchain startups including Plaas. He played an active role in organizing local Bitcoin and blockchain meetups, leading educational campaigns to raise awareness about scams and foster responsible crypto adoption. He holds a certificate in Bitcoin and Blockchain Trading from Blockchain Academy in Cape Town.

Koketso also served as Botswana Marketing Manager for Yellow Card, Africa’s first licensed stablecoin payments orchestrator, where he led strategic outreach initiatives and drove user growth through grassroots engagement.

He is currently Chief Innovation Officer at Dikeon.io, a neural-empathy platform that uses AI, neuroscience, and biometrics to enable real-time emotional synchronization, allowing people to feel what others feel through synthetic empathy streaming. In this role, Koketso leads innovation strategy, translates research into real-world applications, and explores how empathic tech.
